I have accepted my sexuality and found peace with the long battle of wanting to be something not what I actually am. On one side I have a lot of pressure around me being gay and trying to get a PR and get out of India, on another side I have a lot financial issues. I’m trying so hard to focus on work and to meet the expected bar for my current role. But the office politics here is toxic and always putting me down. Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Just initiated the conversation with Salesforce recruiter and other than some Industry focus for the Solution Architect - did not see much of a difference between the job descriptions for these 2 roles

This would be for L8/L9 level.

What areas within SalesForce value the consulting skill set. I have managed large teams and P&L of $20M annual. Big name client experience and complex professional services sales and delivery experience with global teams (India, UK, Latin America).
