What does it take to get promoted from Level 7 to Level 6 in the SAP Products stream?

Trying to chart my next move and not sure what direction to go. All I know is I’m tired of being always “on” in a client-facing environment.

Need help from the Hivemind. I am a rising 4th year who has only been at my firm for a little over a year (after a few clerkships). I like my firm well enough, and the partners I work with like me a lot, but I’ve learned that Biglaw is not the life for me and want to get out ASAP. I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! Any input would be appreciated.
