Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

I am a M at ZS and already made 280k this year with bonus

I’m an associate principal and I make more than 400k
Well, I am an Associate Principal as well and in my 3rd year and make less than 400k TC :(
Most partner comp is not from salary. Salary could well be 400k, but that’s not a good proxy for comp
Starting TC is 550k for partners. Increases significantly after 3 years.
Considering associates start around 95k now I seriously doubt it. I’ve always heard they start around 700k first year and move up fairly quickly from there, but don’t fully understand the structure, could be wrong
The first 2 years as Partner might be 500k and then the hockey stick effect kicks in.
Yeah 550k minus the buy in payment as far as I know
To clarify, I was agreeing with the 550k total comp comment above
I am an Ex-ZSer. Numbers make it feel like I should have stayed … lol

Please don’t be jealous, you’ll get twice that at McK. Go grab a T2 role at Kearney or A&M and you’ll see $500k much sooner
Zs1 this can’t be true
Are you asking for salary or TC OP?
TC is $500k - $2MM+
Chief
That cannot be true
These numbers from ZS are good. @ZS folks - How is WLB? Is it as bad as Big 4? As a M4 and SM I routinely worked 14 hours per day and weekends when there were RFP/proposals
Generally less than B4. If focused on 1-2 clients, not much if you live close to them. If in a practice role or clients are disperse, travel will be higher. But, not common for the M-Th routine every week.
500 in the first year as P, can go up to 1M after 5 years, and sky is the limit after that
If u are talking about base then yeah but otherwise much more

That sounds like a terrible number.
What is a terrible number? The range for 5 year Ps is wide and DOE. Some are below $1MM others are closer to $2MM.
