I try to take around 4-5 weeks off in a calendar year.
Man, that’s nice!
I get about 15 days. I take a week in the summer and one around the holidays. The rest of the time, I just use as needed throughout the year.
We have unlimited PTO at my company. I usually only take off 2-3 weeks though each year
I am still in my first year so I only have one week of PTO. Next year, that should get bumped up to 15 days.
I usually take at least 2 weeks off. My boss encourages it which is nice.

I get 5 weeks and buy 1 or 2 more. London
