Are there any large differences between a Strategy lead and Program manager positions? Looking to transition and in the process for a couple of roles. Mainly concerned about job role, longer term progression and internal mobility (will be moving countries in a few years). Bit of a silly question but does networking even help you get to the interview stage at MBB if you don't have a referral? ( trying to determine if a referral is the only end goal).
