Do you have a set $ you save every month? I'm 27, I've been tracking spend since 2020 and my $ saved has very strong variances MoM. If we consider 2021 a more "regular" year, I varied from $600 saved one month up to $3.2k in another (though that was partially due to a job change)... Looking for advice for investing in these two options. Say I have $100k by October saved up
1) Put 10k into iBonds and $90k as downpyament and closing costs for a property (I’ll need to put in 20%, already talked to several mortgage agents)

Hi all - Soliciting feedback on comp for a new role.
Last role was an engineering manager at 185k, 10% bonus, RSUs, paid healthcare.
The first offer was a bit underwhelming. I'm trying to think of creative ways to respond with a counter offer. Offer is 150k base with 10k bonus, no equity or stock, and insurance premiums are a bit expensive. Base and bonus are what I have to work with. Initial thoughts were to give a hard "no" and continue interviewing.
