How much would you pay for a 6 bedroom 3 bath house in the Woodbridge area?

Currently looking at this house for $2850 utilities not included, but I was able to negotiate down to 2700 for a year lease.

I'm not interested in buying my own at this time.

They like “home grown” talent and I “be worked hard and risen relatively quickly (AGC in 9 years). I work hard and get a lot of complicated deals done (structured products and private funds). I can’t shake certain people (in compliance department mainly) thinking I don’t have enough experience to do what I do because I didn’t come from a law firm. Any advice?

One time a guy creative was presenting his work and said “yeah this was just me being lazy and not wanting to do any work” and he literally suggested we do the same ads as last year, with a different celebrity plugged in.
