Received an offer from Big 4. The salary + bonus total amount matched the salary I asked for (which would be about 30% bump) and I asked the recruiter is I can get higher salary/lower sign on bonus instead. Recruiter mentioned that that will put me at the top of he range for my level and until I get promoted to SM, the annual increase may be minimal. Thoughts on this?
