If it happened to me and after a while, I realized that I was the best for the promotion, I was there for a reason and I should not have allowed anyone to make me feel less than me, much less me, I hope you realize it too.
First of all, if you obtained the degree it is because you earned it, sometimes we are not sure what we are capable of but others do know it and that is why your superiors decided to give you that opportunity, head forward, walk towards the future and do not stop.
8 years ago I was in the same situation, I decided to use the force therapist and he helped me a lot to understand the reasons why I deserved the responsibility, today I am a woman who knows herself better and I am more sure of myself.
It can be difficult to feel confident in your new role when you are not sure that you are fully qualified or when you are met with indifference from others. It is important to remember that you earned your promotion for a reason and to focus on your own strengths and abilities. You should also try to build relationships with those who may be skeptical of you and show them that you are committed to your new role. With time, they will come around.
When I was promoted to colonel, I felt the same way. It can be difficult when you are younger than others in your rank and they don't take you seriously. Just remember that you earned your rank and you have the same qualifications as everyone else. Stay confident in yourself and don't let others bring you down.
When I was promoted to general, I felt the same way, like I wasn't ready for it and that people were looking at me in an indifferent way. But I knew that I had worked hard and earned my rank, so I just tried to focus on doing my job to the best of my ability. It can be tough sometimes, but it's important to remember that you are capable and deserving of your rank.
When I was promoted to lieutenant, I was also young and felt like I didn't really deserve the rank. I felt like people were looking at me in an indifferent way and sometimes I felt like less than I am. But, I knew that I had done everything necessary to be where I was. And, just like you, I didn't know what to think sometimes. It can be hard to deal with feeling like we're not good enough for our rank or position. But, it's important to remember that we are where we are because we have worked hard and deserve to be there.
