Recently interviewed with KGS . First round was ok ok and then selected for 2nd round with director. Such a crap person. He kept telling how i will not be able to do my job at a senior management level. Since i dont have experience in something while i had experience in something else. I straightaway told him its fine with me if this does not fit for you(implying i m rejecting your job offer). #saved from crap

I’m interviewing for a newly created position, Assistant Director of Communications & Outreach in my organization’s DEI office. This is the first interview they have requested after reviewing my writing sample. They didn’t say who specifically I would be interviewing with, but said “members of the DEI staff”, and it will be virtual.

What types of questions outside of my marketing/communications background should I expect?

I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked).
