PEOPLE TECH :
19 LPA , 18.50 Fixed ,50k variable pay + 1L joining bonus,
Role : senior software developer
Joining :1-Mar-22.
Location : on-site , process will be start once join here , they will send me around Aug-22
Please suggest me, which one i need to be choose for career wise and WLB wise.

$30k is a pretty big amount at that level. I left ACN for EY right after making C as well. Yes, the roles are equivalent. I told my Counselor (not in my new practice) and my mentor (in my practice). My mentor discussed with the practice lead. They wanted to match, but I guess HR won’t match Consultants’ external offers unless you have been a Consultant for at least 1 year. And I was nominated for that special top performer rating on my annual review, so definitely seen as a high performer , fwiw.
What are the numbers and I’ll tell you how realistic
Same level…don’t match but that’s such a small amount to leave for early career
Accenture will counter (within reason) if they value you.
But be prepared to walk if they don’t
