L4+ level engineers are expected to merge code to prod atleast once per week (no matter what).

Management is very busy with micro-management and often forgets to create and update roadmaps for teams.

I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took.
