Accenture Tata Consultancy Deloitte Adobe
Just got a job at Deloitte M&A in Atlanta and am currently looking to buy a house. Would you advise I buy closer to Atlanta or the suburbs? I personally want to be in the suburbs but I hear the traffic situation is quite bad. Current consultants in Atlanta, how much time do you actually spend in the office vs remote vs client site? Would you advise I try and stay closer to the office?

Rising Star
Palazzo East, easy.
Rising Star
Location, location, location. Absolutely can’t be beat.
I’d avoid AVA Hollywood, street crime and hard drugs is a fair issue in the vicinity
For safety, skip Ava Hollywood.
Avalon West Hollywood is great for walkability and being able to experience some of the best parts of LA. You’ve got Santa Monica Blvd and Melrose and Sunset within walking distance.
Palazzo East will be similar, but a bit quieter/older. Being near the Grove will be nice. More shopping than Avalon WeHo, fewer good restaurants
Avalon Wilshire a similar story to Palazzo
If I were in your shoes, I’d go Avalon WeHo. A fun area to be in, few safety concerns, and still nearby to your work
Oh, interesting. Thank you!
Avalon WeHo all the way. I used to furnish apartments in all these buildings. AVA Hollywood is the newest but man they don’t care about their residents and it’s always so loud.
I’d suggest renting a house in Hermosa, Manhattan or South Redondo. Your budget will get you a house close to the beach in very safe neighborhoods. Yes, you’ll commute but the payoff of the beach lifestyle can’t be beat.
