Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Bought from local bazaar. 5’ length 3’ width costed around 5k
Buy a normal table and a place a coffee table on top. Budget 5k. Indian Jugaad.
I keep a coffee table on top of my computer table. Works like a charm.
No need to invest 42k.
Also, just standing will make you more tired than walking.
But it has benefits, like your body warms up and you are much more active than just sitting and you can do some exercises as well in between.
What's this fad about standing desk ! I just don't get it .
Genuine question - please enlighten me about it's benefits!
A study published a few years ago was picked up by a lot of media outlets. It said that sitting for long hours is as bad as smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. Thus started the fad of standing desks and later treadmill desks.
I would much rather stick to my in between push up routine than a standing desk. Too bad I will have to ask for one when office resumes. Long live WFH
