Hi Fishes, I recently joined Pwc AC and was informed to update my checkpoint portfolio where we update all our investments. If we have some investments and if we do not declare them, will it be a problem or can I update it as Nothing to report. Recently I joined here so I'm having some confusion regarding this.

Bought a home in the past month on Vinings/Smyrna border near west village and loving it!
Decatur is killer. Love living there
That was my wife and I too. We are previous Buckhead residents in our early 20s and moved out here. You won’t find the same “nightlife” but there are a few late night drinking spots if you know where to go (Oakhurst). Mostly just neighborhood people who want to hang and have beers.
The walkability and amenities within such a small area cannot be beat though.
Grove Park / center hill. Still changing, growing and a few years before truly turned around but you will definitely recoup your investment plus more
Inman Park/ O4W are awesome areas but good luck buying anything good for less than an arm & 2 legs
I would throw a kidney and brain into the mix
We love Brookhaven. Moved up from Peachtree Hills last year.
Any review for Vinings?
What are the other top 4 in your list?
Great area (Vinings) but you said close to midtown in the original post
Great schools and not that far from downtown but you’ll pay a premium
Pro
Grant Park and Summerhill!
Cumberland/Battery Area is great and not crazy at the moment.
I love Brookhaven!
West End area is growing fast
That area already too costly. Homes (3 beds 2 baths) not renovated going for 415k +
