When COVID hit was asked to pivot to a technical implementation type role. Knowing what I know now, this seems to be a long term shift in practice strategy. I have an opportunity to jump over to EY in tech implementation role at a higher salary. Jump or try to find a strategy role at another firm? 10+ YOE. Money and trajectory are my core drivers.

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.
