Recruiter set up a 30 mins call with hiring manager to discuss the job offer. Is this considered an interview as well or more salary negotiation? I’m not sure how to navigate the whole discussion and want to prep ahead. Any advice?

Recently got an offer for salesforce sales strategy (105K TC) vs Morgan Stanley IB Strategy (135K TC). Salesforce will be 40-50 hours a week remote until 2022 and then will have a hybrid working model, most likely going in office 2-3 times a week vs Morgan Stanley will be on average 60 hours a week in office full time. Is it worth the 30K extra in compensation to commute to office daily + 10-20 more hours per week? In terms of pay progression, I think Morgan Stanley will definitely be a lot fast
