Regarding the EY MBA program that was announced: are there any limitations if you are on H1B? It’s available to EY employees all over the world, but are there complications if you are on a work visa but simultaneously getting the EY MBA (considering we are not on a education visa)

AMA: International Travel (US to Europe) During Coronavirus! I found very little info on this topic before my trip and had a bunch of questions which I wish someone could have helped with. If my firm is willing to move me to their Canada practice, what would be the visa process?

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Assets are down a decent amount with the current market cycle and I’d prefer not to sell them to cover the debt , although they easily could. Any suggestions how to handle the credit card debt without racking up tons of ongoing card interest?

My aunt is selling a portion of a 40 acre land, say 25 acre out of 40. What would the tax treatment look like? Do we take an average $/acre or assigning the value to each acre individually based on some valuation method?

Has anyone had success claiming for unemployment benefits while on H1B? For data point, I’m in NY and I received a request for documents showing work authorization and sent back EAD, SSN, copy of H1B stamp and I797. Case is still processing.

Other than citizenship, are there any other benefits of having a baby in the US vs in India? My wife and I may not be settling in the US, depending on what we decide over time. With that in mind, my wife is siding towards having the baby in India. When I checked online, I don’t really see any benefit except for the citizenship. Any inputs appreciated :)
