MIT .. loan will go away in sometime, MIT stays for life
Ross - fun, less debt, ratchet upon ratchet of fun, and overall people are more fun with a bigger class size
MIT - quant, people who like quant, virgins who like quant and owe 200K
🤷🏻♂️ tough decision 😏
Sounds like D2 engineered the least creative comeback of 2019
I say Ross man student loans is really a b****
Bet on yourself. Go with the school you like more regardless of the money. You’ll make plenty of money in your career
In a similar boat but looking to go into a different industry. I’d say try to use the Ross scholarship to negotiate a higher mit one. If they don’t give it to you go to Ross. The gap in money is just to big, you will definitely get opps to interview at mbb at Ross, and consortium is a plus for internship access.
That’s the other huge benefit to Ross that I can’t let go. The consortium community and the additional access to campus resources, recruiting, + alumni.
That’s tough. I’d probably do MIT for the brand name though I’m sure you’d have great MBB results at either. What % is the partial scholarship?
That’s still a good chunk of change! I’d go with that
MIT all the way
MIT easy
If your goal is MBB it will make no difference where you go. Maybe slight edge to Sloan if you’re targeting east coast specifically but the edge is mostly in making things more convenient logistically
Those schools are very different culturally so if I were you I would prioritize going where you feel like you fit in better.
If it’s close I’d prioritize the cash.
$100K isn’t worth spending 2 years at a place where you’re unhappy
