What's it like working with BCG in Dubai? Which service lines have the best people and which should be avoided?

I’m 30, should I consider joining S& Middle East as Senior Associate in attempt to make Manager and leave? Is it too exhausting? Will I burn out before I get there? And how long to Manager?
