My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. And it looks we need to sell the house simultaneously as look for a new one or our contingency isn’t as attractive. I know it’s based on personal circumstances. But what would you do? - not move, sell and buy?

First-year tax staff that started end of Q3, and just had my first year-end performance evaluation meeting. How do you manage prayer and wudu in office/working hours while working in a non muslim country? I like keeping wudu, so end up making wudu every time i visit bathroom. But i am always scared some one would find me with a leg in sink and will give me a suspecious look 😂 Also, how do you manage offering prayer? I share office with a man, and can't find an empty room near me ( its all offices around me) ... then it gets really tricky to find place to offer prayer.
