I hve Cybersecurity IAM Senior Con interview with EY. Their are 3 interviews of 0.5hr each. Has anyone given a IAM senior con interview recently? What is the nature of this interviews? How to prepare?

Had conversations with 3-4 teams so far, many times great feedback/compliments even during the team matching chat, but no successful match yet. Sometimes I feel like I over prepare for these interviews in that I prepare for the wrong thing. Expected to throw down some answers to technical questions and it ended up all being culture and fit related

Life / Career Advice: I applied to medical school since my MCAT score was set to expire, ended up getting into 1 program. I also have an opp to join a well funded/well established Healthtech Startup (6 figure salary w/ equity + benefits) as a BD professional. I enjoy the business side of things and am unsure if I would end up practicing Medicine (medicine is also a long arduous path). At the same time, having an MD holds a lot of clout/authority in HC.
