Anyone in DFW want to do something?
Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?
Sunday night to LGA, flying by Philly

San Diego
Out of those two choices, I’d go with SD. If I were to do a beach in OC, I’d go with Laguna Beach.
San Diego for sure. I’m born and raised there and live in LA now. SD is slower, cleaner, chiller
I would stay away from Huntington Beach right now. It’s pretty crazy and loud downtown and in pacific city(where all the hotels are). I don’t think it would be relaxing.
I would check out San Diego, and maybe find a nice quiet resort north near La Jolla. Downtown or Coronado probably won’t be relaxing
Rent kayaks in La Jolla!
San Diego. OC is not relaxing bc of tourists

Hell, because you said "vacay".
SD. You can also try Santa Barbara

Yo stop by Solona Beach on your drive down. Freaking beautiful beach, right down south of Del Mar I think
No brainer. San Diego. Check out Ocean Beach, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, or La Jolla. My personal favorite is Mission Bay although Ocean Beach is great too.
Mission bay 🤮 consistently one of the most polluted bays in the entire country behind Chesapeake bay
Definitely SD. You might run into the klan in Huntington these days.
Same with SD in east county
San Diego! It's a much better mix of relaxed beach, but also decent sized city and a good going out/bar scene. Huntington Beach there wouldn't be much to do besides beach + dining
...you could always drive to LA, around the OC, or SD...there are far more nightlife and restaurant options being based in Huntington beach than SD if that's the main criteria.

If you’re a golfer, you absolutely have to play Torrey Pines. They just had the US Open last week and they usually leave the tees and the rough cuts for about week or two after. It’s incredible 👍
Can't go wrong with either. I lived in LA and SD for years and plan on moving to Huntington beach or SD in the near feature.
