SAP ABAP vs Java Full Stack vs Any other tech stack — Career & Salary Advice Needed

I have 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP and have knowledge in CDS, AMDP, OData, and RAP. I often hear that Java Full Stack developers get better salaries and faster growth, especially in product companies.

Is it worth sticking with SAP (considering S/4HANA and cloud) or switching to Java or any other tech stack?

Which has better long-term salary, growth, and opportunities?

Job offer… I’ve been offered a Client Service Associate role at JP Morgan (UK) and my expectations are around £35k but HR have said it’s around 32-33 and will get back to me next week. Is there ever a reason not to take a signing bonus? I wouldn’t have thought so, but saw a Glassdoor review from a disgruntled employee who didn’t last a year saying he regretted accepted it. Worst case is you just give it back, unless I’m missing something?

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
