Got offered 115K with 25-30% bonus for a fund accountant role with 3 years of public experience. Is that normal? Seems like really high. I live in NY to clarify. Combination of Big 4 and midsize experience. What’s the normal salary range for ppl in that range?

Hi everyone! I’ve been working as a product manager in an internal consulting department at Kaiser Permanente a on software product that maps and automates clinical workflows. Although my title is a consultant, my role entails the usual responsibilities of a PM (prioritizing builds and features, identifying business requirements, mapping user journeys and stakeholder management). Does anyone have any advice on ways to break into tech or suggestions of companies to look into?

Has anyone here gone from PM to Resource Management or vice versa? There seem to be a lot of resource management jobs out there, but they seem more monotonous than managing projects. What is the career trajectory for a RM?

I feel like all director level positions have 5 years in the posting, but a lot of my peers with the same experience are already in director level positions. Are they just lucky? I’m trying to break my lease. I have notified the management company of my intent to do so in writing. They are just refusing to respond and keep ignoring my follow-up emails. Do I have any recourse? Can they physically bar me from leaving?

PS: I have legal cause for being able to break the lease and I know that there is zero legal recourse they have.

Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?
