This question may not be related. However I wanted to know from personal and family point of view how it is like to relocate from India and live abroad .
Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid . I understand we will get good facilities, education, cleanliness , good air etc , however I wanted to check whether people gel up easily in the new environment? Don't they feel loneliness/ difficult to adjust? Do they look for similar asian nationalities to kill boredom?

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers. I don’t want to stop living a double life. I’m a 29yo bi guy living in a liberal city and I’ve dated a guy(29m) for 5 years. I fly back to my conservative small town and pretend I’m straight for my parents (and extended family) because I don’t want to disappoint them or cause them any pain. I love them and I love my bf, and I want to keep both aspects of my life as they are today. My bf wants to meet my parents but I really don’t want to bring that drama into my life

I felt like a walking zombie during thanksgiving, barely eating and barely talking. My family is small and I told them ahead of time my relationship ended. I focused on my niece and nephews, cried when I wanted to and slept from 8pm-noon for the last 5 days. Showered once or twice. That’s the best I could do and that’s OK right now. I’m back in my apartment, just trying to take it one day at a time, and not re read his texts too much. My birthday is Thursday 🙄

This is a little random but I’ve gotten some peace from this community and I wonder if others share the same struggle. Does anyone else take care of mentally ill parents? I have one at home and some days are harder than others. I struggle to maintain confidence when all I’m hearing is terrible things about myself from someone who isn’t in their right mind. I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.
