Secured a investment team offer from the Big 4...keep the faith for those of you who keep getting told you have to be from banking/MBB

want to interview at MBB again. Last year i had started the process but had to stop the process due to severe family emergency. What followed was depression and im doing fairly better now. I am Leaving Big 4 to join a tech focused Bank. But i feel like I should reach out to recruiter and start the process again. Just not sure if it’s the right move since im joining a new company. Feel it’ll look bad trying to join MBB after starting at a new bank. What to do?

What's a median salary (considering all US employees) for big 4, Accenture, MBB and FAANG? Is 200k for big 4/ACN, 300K for MBB, 400k for FAANG a good ball park estimate?

I’m interviewing at Google’s Treasury team. The role would be as a rates analyst managing their portfolio - primarily cash and short duration fixed income products (100bn aum). TC: ~150k, not sure of breakdown.

I currently work as a quant/middle office at a very well reputed mutual fund, but this is not a market facing role. TC: 125k, but they have a very generous profit sharing plan that contributes 25% of my pay to retirement accts if I stay for 6 years, so ~160k?

Hey guys, I am about to complete a year in IB, and will start the recruitment process soon for buyside roles. I think I am more interested in VC/Growth vs late stage PE, but wanted to know more about the difference in comp between the two. I am looking at roles in London, so would be great to know whose comp is higher and who are the top payers for VCs/early growth.

Should I take this offer? Current salary: 150k at Deloitte as a manager. Offer: Well respected software PE firm in their operations group. Salary: 160k, bonus: 40k, carry: 150k
