Seeing VP pay bands retracted significantly over the past few years, topping out now around 155k. Any agencies still have VP bands in the 150-180k range or are those days gone for good? Seems like I can’t move jobs without taking a pay cut. Crazy how much things have shifted towards companies in a relatively short time.
