Best firm (Big 4) to work for as a minority?

I recently interviewed for a small strat consulting company (energy industry). I have 3 YoE and would be moving from engineering. the HR person asked me what my salary expectations were I was caught offguard and said I would expect it to be at least what I make now (around 100k). Im now worried theyll lowball me because I really shouldve asked for 120+bonus (I think this is market rate?) But they have salary bands they follow right?So if they pay consultants 140 usually would they offer me 100k?

I’m waiting on an offer for what’s named IT Business Analyst but it’s also Salesforce Administrator work. The company is The Adecco group so they are fairly big. I have two years of Salesforce admin experience and in my interview they said my experience is perfect to what they are looking for

So my questions is, I think they are going to offer around 80k but I don’t think their going to be guaranteed bonuses with the offer. Should I negotiate a bonus to the salary or negotiate a higher salary?

I come from a target school in India (say MBB / T2 hires from my college every year) with ~1 YOE in consulting - based in Dubai. I’m a first year analyst in RFA with deloitte and have really hated my experience so far. Both my projects have been a lot longer than they stated and I have learned 0 skills from either of them.
