Seeking advice: I have around 2.3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
I have an offer from Infosys with a package of 10.7 LPA (10% variable).
However, my current company, a small service-based MNC, is offering 12 LPA along with a 2-year bond and WFH flexibility (They can raise it to 13 LPA also)

The challenge is that the project conditions in Ariba at my current company are not great.

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
