Jump. Even if you’re exceeding they’ll mark you as, meeting expectations, so you’ll get as high as 5% raise. There’s plenty of EA opportunities in CA with less responsibility and much higher pay.
I agree! I know EAs in SoCal with a pay range from 85-150k. More experience more pay.
Definitely schedule a compensation discussion. Or start looking for a role that offers a more competitive salary. It sounds like you are very competent and your pay should be reflective of that. I personally wouldn’t even consider an EA role for less than $75k

Check out Kim Dali on LinkedIn. She’s an EA recruiter and works mostly for roles on the west coast. From what I’ve seen posted here for that region, your definitely underpaid even for just EA Duties
My role is similar with transactional and operational stuff- I started as a basic EA and they increased my duties in time. I pointed this out and my executives have been extremely supportive of me and helped me get raises as my duties increased. My starting salary in nyc was 65k and I’m now at 130k. Same company same team. Bottom line if your execs value you, they’ll champion you and get you the raises. The market right now for a top EA such as yourself is 100-150k . If they won’t give it to you where you are, leave!
