Accenture strategy C2 pay?
Hi Fishes,
I recently got an offer for Cyber security advisory at PwC India . They gave a 20% hike on the current amount. Thing is that l, the technical interview told me that it is not a software/coding type of position and asked me multiple times if I was interested to do that. Is that a red flag?
I have 2 offers from siemens and tcs .Siemens pays 2 L bonus as extra but ctc part both are same.Which one to prefer as the Location for siemens in blore and tcs can be chennai.Im currently at chennai.
If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.
I am thinking to reject tcs and wait for some other better offer pay or last choice to join in siemens .Please share your view Im consufed here

Never, ever budget based on bonuses. You only budget based off salary. A bonus is just that: a bonus.
Pro
Fortunate enough to budget my life based on my base salary (including regular contributions/savings). Bonus is used to max out investment accounts. Really good years Iāll splurge a little more.
Budget on base salary. Bonus is fun money.

No. Monthly budgeting is based on base salary.
Annual purchase and investing decisions are based on lowest bonus range. At EY-P I have a bonus range of 25-45%. I assume 25% to be safe
EY consulting doesnāt give very good bonuses, so I always budget on my base salary. Bonus goes to a couple of small fun things and the rest into investments.
Same as just about everyone else, budget is off salary only. Bonus goes to debt pay down or big home projects with a little fun money to treat myself.
Iām at Accenture so my bonus comp is so small I donāt factor it into my budget, just throw it in a college find or towards a new car when it hits
Op and I both live off our bonuses and save our salary
