My team has started ignoring my messages. I’m not sure what I did; I’ve been getting good feedback on my performance, I don’t message excessively often, and I don’t think I’ve done anything to cause social discomfort. The project is busy, but honestly workloads have been lighter than they used to be because we brought in additional resources, so that doesn’t explain the shift in communication styles. I used to feel like a useful team member but now I feel like an annoyance. What should I do?

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?
