If you can get any other degree from INSEAD it'll definitely be worth it if you're in Europe

I’ve always found university certificate programs to be a rip off. Always expensive and for not much more money (or credits), you can just get a degree.
Free to the OP. The employer is covering the cost.
What certificate is it? If the company pays for it I’d do it
I second it

They are legit. I would do it.

If your in Accenture Strategy the certificate is kind of required at some point. It’s not a go off to Insead and do Exec Ed- it’s a co-sponsored course that’s part of what we expect training wise for most consultants prior to manager promo.
You don’t have to do it but it’s good content (albeit a lot of work). We do this with analytics and Northwestern as well (I’d argue a more useful course for many).
Yea, besides Design Thinking Academy, I think the INSEAD program was the most relevant on-the-job training I’ve done at Accenture. I felt the Northwestern training was more suited to someone pitching / developing analytics offerings.

What do you want to achieve with the certificate? If you just want to learn because you like the subject matter, sure, go do it. If you think the certificate will give you access to recruiting opportunities or better jobs, then don't do it, because you will be very disappointed.
