Hello Fishers, need your help to finalize my decision.
I have 5 YOE and I have done a full-time MBA. I am currently working with one of the product organizations as a business analyst. TIAA offering 17 LPA Fixed (Including PF) against 1 counter offer I had of 15.6 LPA Fixed.
My CCTC is 9.35 LPA so should I ask for more here? Also, how are work culture and policies considering I will be part of the BA profile?

You can always start at 140. Honestly, it’s not gonna happen - realistically top end likely will be around120 (depending on group), but can start negotiations at 140. Best of luck op!
A boy can dream. I just don’t want them to laugh so hard they don’t counter 😂
I’m making 130k as a first year SC and I think I’m being underpaid. I think your current 100k is way too low and 140k is normal. Ask for 150k and hope they counter with 140k

Don't sell yourself short - I got higher than 130 3YOE no MBA :)

Ask for 160. Not kidding.
D3 only comment I’d make on that is line of business makes a big difference. There’s different pay bands at accenture (May be different other places) for strategy vs management consulting vs tech consulting, all based on billable rates
140k doesn’t seem unreasonable at all IMO. If that’s what you want go in for an even 150k and go from there. You’ll never get what you don’t ask for.
What specialization?
Do you have any recommendations for techs to focus on for someone that wants to eventually move to a tech company (FAANG+) in biz ops or product management? I’m pretty new so still trying to find my area
FTI1, you have an MBA? I’m at 94k as a 2nd year SC.
Yea, I have an MBA. Maybe that makes a big difference
2 YOE in MCOL city just made a jump for 100 so I think asking 130-140 is reasonable but with big 4 you’ll likely end up closer to 120-130. Depends on region tho too
