Serious question. What makes a good copywriter? What skills would you expect? Aside from a command of language. I’m trying to understand if my expectations in hiring for my team are unrealistic.

Looking for a new role leading a PM and/or ops team. I'm an agency (media & creative) vet - depth in digital, crm, creative, tech, data, & process dev/deploy.

Have also worked ~4 years transforming / running ops at Kimbery-Clark's Digital COE and ~a year on web & digital projects at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Do IH agencies have substantial PM teams / need for leadsrship? I know many need operations & process enhancement.

Any specific roles on anyone's radar?

So I've always wanted to apply for Google when I felt ready but apparently they think I'm ready because a recruiter reached out to me. I AM NERVOUS I wanna ace these technical interviews.
