Share your best (worst) “I didn’t know I was on camera” or “I didn’t know I was unmuted” stories here. I’ll go first: started at a new client, and joined their first daily standup Zoom call. Was just getting out of shower and running 2 mins late, so joined from my phone as I was getting dressed. Apparently the Zoom app on iOS (at least on my phone) defaults to camera ON. 13 people on the call. That sucked.

Partners, what are signs/examples that a project’s leadership is prioritizing the clients needs over the team beyond the normal ‘nature of client service’? Is a convo is worth it?

My relationship with manager has deteriorated over the last few months. Could this be a reason they could fire/let me go? I am a good performer overall.

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number.
