General flexibility lies with sapphire
I have both. Points redemption rate for Amex is borderline offensive. CSR is great.
Also have both, just use Platinum for transfer partners. I like being able to diversify my points a little. Plus the Platinum purchase and return protection benefits are really really good
If you fly out of an airport with a Centurion lounge AMEX....otherwise Chase
I’ll say or if you fly Delta regularly. I used it for delta lounge access and it was great. Then I moved to NJ now sadly stuck with United
They are both great cards. I think the biggest drawback to Amex is when traveling abroad. Lots of smaller retailers don't take Amex. Not a huge deal, but I like the flexibility of visa.
@A2 then you are right. I live in Europe now and typically fly economy with my family so Lounge access helps us a lot
If you fly delta, get both. If you don’t, only the CSR. The effective Amex out of pocket of 110 is well worth lounge access
