Should I interview if I’m not ready to switch yet? I applied to Cloud positions in November with a referral, never got called, but a recruiter reached out this week about a YT role. However, I started a new role in a startup in January, and I’m learning a ton so I’m not ready to leave. I don’t think I’ll make it through interviews (it’s a technical role and my coding is rusty), but I’d like to get on a radar, as Google is my dream company. I don’t want to burn bridges, not sure how to approach.

Hi fishes, I joined infosys as manual tester in trade finance domain at 3 Lpa now after almost 2 years of experience I have offer from tcs for 4 Lpa and quality kiosk for 7.5 lpa. Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little. How do PE firms update the EV on an acquisition? So if they acquire a company in February at $X EV and want to value the company in December, would you just add the EBITDA generated for the rest of the year (March-December) to the original EV?

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM

Had my virtual on-site for an S&O L3 role 3.5 weeks ago (NYC, 5 YOE). I haven’t heard back on a decision yet, and was wondering how long it typically takes? I also know that I was one of the very first candidates to interview for this specific role, and there are atleast 2 more people scheduled for onsites. Does the recruiter typically wait for all candidates to finish their onsites before communicating a decision? Or if I haven’t heard back yet, it’s probably a reject?
