Should I judge a company by how poorly managed their interview process is? I know I’m not going to be working closely with HR or recruiting in this role, but it’s really turning me off from the company.

That’s always a major red flag in my opinion. The interview process is often a small window into how organized a company truly is, and how much it values people’s time. If they can’t run a structured, professional interview, it usually reflects how things operate internally once you’re on the job.

The HR gave me misleading information for four times ~

Just chiming in that this company’s recruiter told me incorrect information about the role and compensation, which I wouldn’t have even known if the hiring manager didn’t tell me! I’m planning on withdrawing from the process.

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here

Considering taking a position with a small-cap in the US trying to build their legal department. The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US? Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions.
