Hi. I am desperate to change jobs. I have two offer in hands: Deloitte Hyderbad on a contract basis with 15% hike and KPMG Bangalore FTE with 25% hike. I like Deloitte as a brand better.

I just got a job offer for an Entry Level Software Engineer at Boeing in Saint Louis. The salary is $82,000 with an $8,000 sign on bonus. I was hoping for an offer closer to 90k base and I don’t care too much for a sign on bonus. However, this is a lot more than what I’m making now, and would be my first SWE job. Should I counter? I only bring in a little over $2,600 a month. After paying all my expenses, I get to put away $500 a month in savings but don’t have much wiggle room for anything else, including going out money.

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected.
