Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

It’s a protected status, so legally it shouldnt affect your employment at all. Tell them after you sign the contract.

Tell the interviewer they’re the father.
It’s none of their business, imo.
Well, it kinda will become their business if they are hiring you for a role with a rigid project timeline that will be impacted by your timeline.
HOWEVER, there are legal protections in place for that specific reason. They can’t ask you, and you are not obligated to disclose.
Do what you are comfortable with. And yes, they may pass up on you for that reason if they have short term commitments. They simply will not give your pregnancy as the reason for not picking you.
Good luck! And congratulations!
Don’t disclose.

Ethically, you should let the company know as soon as possible.
After being hired
I wouldn't. Let them know after you get the job and have been there awhile.
