Since getting laid off, I've been networking to find jobs since I keep getting rejected online. Unfortunately, the need is more for a project manager, which I do have experience in, but obviously not as much as an actual PM. I have experience with managing projects, but not a whole agency. Any transferable skills from account management I can highlight and any tips on how to make the transition?

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

Is anyone currently studying for the CMA exam? Or passed the CMA exam? Im slowly losing motivation to study due to extreme burn out. I took the part 1 exam and failed by 20 points.
