We really don't differentiate between someone with 8 years of experience and an MBA, and someone with 8 years of experience and no MBA. Get one if you think you'll benefit from the knowledge and networking, but Slalom doesn't put a premium on it. If you want a salary bump, spend the same time and get your Salesforce technical architect or similar.
Depends on your pre MBA experience.
I think a MBA can help you better understand core business problems and resolutions via people/process/technology - which will enable you to grow in leadership, acct mgmt and sales. So, overall your salary would likely be higher because of a higher role but you wouldn’t see a higher salary in a lower role because of it.
$115-130K. (And what SC1 said)
Slalom appreciates an MBA cause clients may like it, but they won’t financially value you for it because their business strategy is more technical and data analytics aligned. If you want a financial bump from them, a data related masters is a better bet.
I'd say forget a masters and get the cloud certifications. I doubt a masters would be valuable to Slalom in general. They only value the technical know how you get from it.
