I have received an offer that would allow me to course-correct and advance past where I was before. I like my current firm and have put a lot of effort into making it my new home; however I don’t like my project and am stuck on it. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
