So basically, we’re all supposed to pretend we don’t need the job, have no outside ambitions, and aren’t planning anything fun in the future? Got it. Corporate hiring is just a performance at this point. Anyone else find it exhausting and frustrating that being honest about why you’re leaving a job or what you really want long-term can actually hurt your chances?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
