AmLaw 200 will care about your YOE, if you fill a niche they need, and your potential. 500k book is fine, but not exciting per se. It's important that it would be portable-- not yours if you can't keep it, but sounds like it would be from your note. Having limited growth over three years is a question mark. Returning to point one, if you aren't at NEP years of experience and fill a niche, I think AmLaw 200 NEP might not be there yet, but you're on your way.

Amlaw 200 gets pretty weak toward the bottom. I’m sure you could find an nep position but it might not be worth taking.
