Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

I hear assertive men and women respond with these types of phrases all the time “I do have an opinion on that. But I don’t work for free.” That’s quite a cheeky version. Point is, they ask for compensation or make it clear their service comes with a price. How often are you doing this?
Everything has some sort of return, whether it’s just helping a friend or coworker, gaining a title on your resume for volunteering, experience, helping the community, ect.
I don’t really think gender has anything to do with a person or businesses capacity and tendency to exploit free labor.
As a recovering people pleaser in a patriarchy I guarantee you this is false.
