Hi fishes,
Anyone joined coforge recently? Any reviews for the same? Is it worth to join this organisation? They told me they are hiring for Santander bank account but still be having client interview before onboarding to project. Any idea on this account? Is it tough to crack client interview over there? Don't want to face long bench hours like it used to be in Publicis sapient which led to brutal lay off. Kinda sceptical to join as it is giving me Publicis sapient vibes.Coforge Coforge ltd

If male, I'd start wearing suits with no tie. Throw the tie on when you go to the interview
Yeah or just remove your jacket 🤔. Do you work in the Federal Practice?
Since when do consultants at PWC not wear suits? What do you wear to the client?
I thought all big 4 still rocked slacks and a jacket -with open collar button up?
Even better, tell them you need to interview after hours. Looks classy
I hear you and that’s fair - just suggesting you’ll know more in the next 30/60 days and be in a stronger position if you opt to jump.
Thanks for the advice PwC 1, yes I am a male, I was also considering that as an option as well.
Dude, I’d call in sick
I wear low end of business casual and yes I work in Federal.
Which sale are you talking about?
Sale of public sector
We dress according to the clients wishes; most of the clients I've worked with did not want us to wear suits all the time but I generally wear suits on the first week and the last week.
OP try and have your in person interviews on Fridays when you might not have to be at client site or home office. Also, for other phone interviews just take them in the car if needed. I jumped from Pdubs PS to other Big Four commercial a few months ago. Too many sick days, especially during the week days may start raising some eyebrows. Especially if you randomly just start wearing suits to work - I wouldn’t suggest that
Do you wear suits? I feel proud when I wear dress shoes lol
Why would you jump now before you know whether there’s any retention or incentives being offered? You may be giving up more than you know and getting less than you should
Principal 1. I joined PWC for the brand and PS was never a career for me it was a foot in the door into the working world. If history of PE buy outs show anything the reward is not worth the lost of the PWC name. But I am not jumping ship for a similar offer to what I have currently, it would need to be a decent jump. I probably wait at two months to see if I am proven wrong.
