I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. Are you traveling during the pandemic or have client interactions been virtual? Lastly, if you are a consultant here, are you on billable hours? Hi I’m looking to make a career change into UI/UX. Does anyone have advice on where to start or the most time effective path. I’m looking into bootcamps and would appreciate any advice.

My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig. We want to find a career that allows her to work remote or that at least gives her a better work life balance so that she can see her kids grow up. Should she get certifications to give her a shot at adtech?Too late?

Tax - can I remain on the manager level permanently? Do they start to give below rating year on year since you are an experienced manager now and it was expected out of you so measuring against new managers/peers would be difficult?
